Nudestix Nudies & Nudies Bloom
If you’ve been following us for a while you will know we’ve been talking about Nudestix for years! We’ve been obsessed with this brand since they first came out as we love to work with cream products. We can’t stress how amazing the shade range is, they are all such flattering colours and the product is really long lasting and so easy to use. They also come in matte (nudies) or a dewy finish (nudies bloom). We probably use the matte Bondi Bae as a bronzer on nearly every client and our favourite dewy shade (nudies bloom) is Sweet Peach Peony. They are also vegan and cruelty free as an added bonus.
Benefit Porefessional Primer
We actually aren’t massive primer users as we really believe if the skin is prepped properly a primer isn’t always needed. But, when we do use one this is one we use! We’ve have had it in our kit for around 10 years now. It really does blur fine lines and pores and helps reduce shine on oilier areas. The key with this is to use a really tiny amount and pat it in, apply too much and it will roll and leave your makeup looking patchy. With the right application this can really help achieve an blurred airbrush finish on the skin.
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
Again, another product that has been in our kit for years! Its our must have product for brides and anyone wanting their makeup to have longevity. Its weightless but powerful! The best setting spray going in our eyes.
Armani Luminous Silk Foundation
We can’t imagine ever not having this our kit, its one of the few foundations that we find suit most people’s skin types so its a great one to have in your kit as makeup artist. The finish is just perfect not too dewy, not too matte and it can be used lightly for a super natural finish or really built up with a beauty blender if more coverage is needed. We love it can couldn’t live without it.
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer
A concealer that is made for skin with fine lines! If you’ve got fine lines which most of us have, you will want to steer clear of heavy matte ‘Instagram’ concealers . This concealer has amazing coverage with the most dewy finish so it doesn’t sit in the lines or exaggerate them at all. It does need setting with a bit of powder but if you are looking for a concealer that’s actually flattering for your under eye area then this one if for you.
MAC Lip Pencils
A well known favourite among makeup artists, the formula glides on beautifully and is long lasting but best of all the shade range is second to none. We’ve had shades that we have bought over and over again, some of our favourites are Soar, Spice, Boldy Bare & Ruby Woo.
